Nike SB Stefan Janoski "Mandarin Digi-Floral"

 

Evening folks!

So it's been a couple of weeks since my last post but here is the first of my 21st birthday treats!
This is my first ever pair of the Nike SB collection, and it is definitely one of the more striking pieces of footwear in my collection. These Stefan Janoski specials come in 3 different "Digi-Floral" colourways but this particular mix is a winner for me. Now usually I am not a fan of canvas when it comes to shoes but I couldn't find a single fault in this shoe and there is no better material to suit this design and colour scheme!

The "Digi-Floral" pattern reminds me of when I played Call of Duty (very badly) and one of the colour schemes on the weapons was a "Digi-Camo" which you could use to blend into your surroundings! Enough of the nerdy stuff, back to the shoe! There are 3 separate panels that are stitched together to make the canvas upper on this model. Each panel also has its individual print so that it does not look like the floral pattern is consistent all the way around. The Nike "Swoosh" and white rubber sole provide a good contrast to the black lining and round cotton laces which add the finishing touches to the shoe.
